Jews against Extremism London/UK

In this brilliant article on the fight against extremism, Martin Bright advocats 'an urgent need for a strategic alliance between British Jews, the anti-Islamists within the Bangladeshi community and other citizens concerned about the revival of totalitarian politics in Britain today.' Jews have a tradition to fight totalitarianism and should therefore be at the forefront of the struggle against radical Islam and neo-fascism in East London - for the sake of 'the fight against neo-fascism and radical Islam and to defend this country’s [i.e., UK] traditions of freedom and tolerance.'

Well said, well argued, well written - and concerned Christians should join Jews and moderate Muslims in the fight against fascism and radicalism. The 'enemy' is not a certain group of people, but the evil ideology that drives them. It is this ideology that needs to be dealt with - everywhere it is found, be it in the UK, Israel, or Bangladesh!
